REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATE OF GOOD CONDUCT

Complete the biographical details forms in duplicate and attach the following:

 

1. A covering letter to CID Headquarters, Nairobi;

 

2. Fingerprints and palmprints recorded on a prescribed form recorded at
   your nearest police station bearing an official stamp. Download the
   Elimination Finger and Palmprints Form (C.24) if such forms are not
   available at the police station.

 

3. A clear photocopy of the Kenyan 2nd generation identity card (if over 18 years) or a certified copy of the birth certificate (if below 18 years);

 

4. A certified copy of passport information (if non-Kenyan), with documentary proof of residence in Kenya for a minimum of three (3) months;

 

5. A fee of £10 in postal order payable to ‘Kenya High Commission’. Cash payment is acceptable only if paid in person.
   

 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Note that processing of certificates takes Six (6) to Eight (8) weeks
